Oh college how you seem to take over my life.

So this semester has been...mentally exausting  to put it nicely. I love my classes but I didn't really notice what type of classes I took until this semester began. All of my classes involve A LOT of reading, and even though their all very interesting, I'm actually developing migraines from reading so much. >.<

Good thing is that my main presentation for one class is now officially over! I got the assignment on the first day of classes and it was quite a project...fun...but made sure I had no social life whats so ever. It is over now though and just in time for me to go out and enjoy the beautiful weather that has swept into central Florida this week. It is 60 degrees outside right now and I'm acting like a kid that has just been given a giant teddy bear with a endless supply of chocolate inside of it.

I miss using my camera and hope that I can go out and have fun with it really soon. I should be able to in the next two weeks so yay~ 8D

And the holiday season is pretty much here!~ I'm so excited for the fun to begin! The times of Thanksgiving and Christmas are my absolute favorite times of the year so I'm ready. <3

In other random news....

I passed my practice Japanese exam! I take the real one in December and I feel ready to go!
I bought tickets to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra on December 11th

I'm back from Canada with my new camera!~ ^^ it's a Nikon COOLPIX P500 and I am absolutely in love with it. I was able to play around with it in Canada but I really wanted to test it out at Busch Gardens when I returned home which I did today!~ I had a blast playing around with some of the features and taking loads of pictures all day. The quality is amazing and now I can't wait till Saturday so I can use it at OAD. Usually I take pictures with my phone during anime conventions so now that I have an actual working camera it's time to have some serious fun and take loads of pictures ^^

gah I'm horrible at updating stuff XP Metrocon was super fantasticly amazing as always 8D I'm already excited to go again next year <3 didn't take many pictures again cause I always get too damn distracted by everything -,- But I finally put up all of the ones I took and so Metrocon things are all done with until the next time it comes around =3 I will be going to Orlando Anime Day on July 23 so if your going to be there see you then! 8D And I shall also be attending AFO on Saturday. I would go all weekend but I will be getting back from New York that Friday so I decided to just attend on Saturday and pretty much died on Sunday from exhaustion...so yes if your going to AFO on Saturday then I shall see you then!

Speaking of trips I'm going to be heading off to Canada! 8D From July 14-19 I shall be in the land of the maple leaf and enjoy the nice weather instead of the dying heat I'm living in right now...yay!~ I will also be getting my new camera while I'm there so I'm very super excited to get that.

For right now though I'm very tired and wish to catch an hour nap =] Happy 4th of July for the people who also live in America!...no I don't care if I'm a day ahead

Ok! so I found out last week I don't need surgery!~ yay! which means I can go to Metrocon for sure now! 8D and since I'm going I really want to do a new cosplay so I've been thinking 'what the hell can I do on such short notice'. I finally figured out a really easy and simple thing I can do is cosplay France from SATW (READ IT!). I just need help with getting/making the shirt for her. I'm pretty sure I can make her cigarette thing and I know for sure where I can get the hat from but the shirt I have no clue.  If you know where I can buy a shirt like her's please let me know! or even if you know someone who can make the shirt really quick who I can pay for their services that would be great to! =] thank you!

Ok so much has happened in this past week it's not even funny. Let's start shall we.

First off it all started last Friday when I developed a random bump on my tailbone. I was freaking out thinking it was cancer or something like that but when we went to the ER they told me I had a cyst. They gave me medication, I went home, had to go back on Monday because it got worse, and found out I needed emergency surgery to remove it before my blood got infected! yay~ (note sarcasm). The surgery was awful because they couldn't put me to sleep and the numb medication never kicked in (since I don't have much fat or muscle on my lower back) so I felt EVERYTHING. In the end I guess it was worth it because I feel much better. Now this Monday I need to go back to the doctor to find out if I need another surgery (where I will be put to sleep) just in case the cyst has a chance of growing back.

Next up! because of the surgery I now have a open wound on my back and the doctors told me I can't overdo things for the next two months. Whether I have another surgery or not. These things include going into a pool, beach, water park, roller costers, etc. Which kinda sucks since I live in Florida. But the big thing that I can't do is travel. I can't travel until July because I may catch an infection while on the plane, because of this my trip to Japan has officially been postponed until next summer. I was and still am pretty depressed over this since I spent over a year preparing for this trip to have it taken away only a few weeks before I was suppose to leave. But I'm trying to look at it as this just gives me more time to save up more money to have a extra grand time when I do go. Also my homestay family may come back to Florida again in December which will be really nice because I miss them so much.

Now, because my main summer trip has been canceled I've been trying to figure out what I'm going to do now that I have a whole month that I thought I would be in another country for. In June I will now be going to Metrocon which I'm pretty excited about since it's my favorite con and I thought I would be missing it this year. So yay for Metrocon! My mom has been trying to figure out if we can take a trip in July to in-order to semi make up for me not being able to go to Japan. We don't really know where we want to go but if I can go on a trip somewhere I'll be happy =]

So yeah that's life~ I've been through so many emotional turns this week I'm just so exhausted. I only hope that on Monday I will be hearing good news from the doctor not anything bad. and Kimmy I'm sorry I'm kinda breaking the rules right now but since I'm making this huge journal I'm just going to put my 10 random facts on here lol hope you don't mind

3. I'm a year ahead in my studies (I should be finishing up my senior year in high school not my first year in college right now)
4. I LOVE Lady Gaga <3 I just went to her concert last night and had the time of my life even if I was in a wheelchair
5. I've been studying Japanese for almost 5 years now and hoping to pick up more languages soon
6. Whenever I'm bored and don't know what to do I break out my gameboy color and play some old school games
7. I'm Hispanic but can't speak but a few words of Spanish  
8. I believe in Karma so I always treat others how I would want to be treated...unless their just asking for it lol
9. I want to travel the world when I'm older
10. My mother isn't just my mother, she's my best friend. She's always supports me in whatever I do and I love her with all my heart
